Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Traiko (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Traiko is a field management platform for contractors, providing tools to manage projects, crews, scheduling, time tracking, invoicing, documents, and reporting. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.

Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.

Subscription and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
  • Refunds: charges are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at Traiko's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Share your account or login credentials with anyone outside your organization, or allow unauthorized access to your account.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

Data ownership

You own the data you enter into Traiko, including your projects, customers, schedules, and other business records. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use your data only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim to keep Traiko available 99.9% of the time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to Traiko, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traiko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
