This Privacy Policy explains how Traiko ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our field management platform (the "Service"). By using Traiko, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, business name, and password when you create an account.
Usage data — how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and device/browser information.
Project data — information you and your team enter into Traiko, such as projects, customers, crews, schedules, time entries, invoices, and documents.
Payment information — billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Traiko does not store your full card number.

How we use information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including your projects, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting features.
To send transactional emails — such as account confirmations, invitations, password resets, and billing notices.
To understand how the Service is used so we can fix issues and improve the product over time.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase, our database and storage provider. Supabase applies industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit, to protect your information.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Traiko:

Stripe — for processing subscription payments and billing.
Resend — for sending transactional emails, such as invitations and notifications.
Supabase — for our database, authentication, and file storage.

Each of these providers processes data only as necessary to perform their function for Traiko and maintains its own privacy and security standards.

Data retention

If you cancel your subscription, your account data is preserved for 30 days in case you wish to return. After that period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.

Your rights

Right to export — you may request a copy of your account and project data at any time.
Right to delete — you may request that your account and associated data be permanently deleted.
